What we eat must provide abundant nutrients with minimal poisons and toxicity. Looking at our digestive system we immediately notice people have more similarities with the lion, and wolf and than the cow or rabbit. The lion, and wolf are carnivorous. Like humans they have one stomach. The cow is herbivorous. It has three stomachs. This enables the cow to digest plants multiple times effectively. 
 

Historically man has eaten mostly meat, fish and fowl with some berries, honey, nuts, fruits and seeds (carbohydrates) when in season. It seems our bodies handle these quite well without causing much illness. 

Man has evolved slightly different in various parts of the world thus there are slight differences in the amount of carbohydrates people can tolerate. What we know is that all humans can be healthy on a mostly carnivore diet. Meat provides us with the nutrients we need to be healthy. And it is OK to eat small amounts of plants when in season. Problems with diet arise when we eat excess carbohydrates regularly.  

The carnivores are different from the herbivores in one other key aspect. Carnivores must hunt for their food. This includes chasing their prey in short spurts and sometimes over long distances. They must hunt or starve. Herbivores only run to keep from getting eaten. Otherwise they are happy to graze lazily.  

A natural human diet will consist mostly of meat and occasionally plants when they are in season. 

     Metabolic Diets Work Really Well!

 We use 5 metabolic (elimination) diets and 5 fasting strategies. You start on the Carnivore diet because it produces the fastest results. Most people will end up with a Natural Keto Diet and use the Carnivore diet to handle plateaus. Your food will provide most of your nutrients thus you will need very little supplementation. 

Our program is divided into 3 different stages, each one lasting 30 days. In ninety days you will know what foods make your body work right. From then on it's a matter of discovering new foods that are delicious and healthy.

STAGE 1 has a very Strict Menu because the purpose of it is to create new healthy habits and actually produce weight loss. There are 10 simple and delicious meals for you to prepare.

We are retraining your body so that it burns fat and not carbs for energy. Most people easily accomplish this in their first month.

STAGE 2 has a larger Strict Menu. The purpose of this stage is to get you to flip the switch from carb burning to fat burning on a permanent basis. You have several more menu options but it is still a Strict Menu. 

 You will consistently lose weight unless your body goes into repair mode. In repair mode your body will start fixing things like bleeding gums, swollen feet, acne, pot belly etc. If you have medical issues you will see your doctor.

 STAGE 3 is the Testing Stage. At this level you will be testing your favorite foods to see which you can reintroduce into your regular menu. 

Almost everyone can tolerate salads, cheese, avocado and broccoli. We test for these and many of your favorite meals. 

 Let’s say you really enjoy pizza. While regular pizza crust is made with wheat flour (which your body converts to sugar) we can test for almond flour. If your body can handle the almond flour and cheese, you can have a pizza night every week. In this fashion we test all your favorite foods or variations of them. 

You end up with a very personalized menu that is delicious and will keep you trim, happy and healthy for the rest of your life.

1. Weight – Once a week, check your weight

2. Waist – Naturally Lean Flat Bellies Are OK.

         Healthy men = 40 inches or less,

         Healthy women = 30 inches or less

3. Percent Body Fat - this is done according to Department of Defense standards by measuring neck, waist and hips.  

4. Blood Pressure – It is generally true that as a population

gets older their blood pressure increases. That’s because people tend to get sicker as they age but Healthy People remain in the healthy range regardless of age. 

5. Triglycerides/HDL – This is a ratio of bad fats to good fats. 

     1 and under is good. 4 is bad, 8 is terrible. 

If you have a medical condition your doctors may have other metrics they wish to check regularly to ensure you are doing well.
